Major Responsibilities The Office Assistant manages client and caregiver files, required documents and is responsible for: Manage incoming communications (telephone, email, mail, etc ) Take new client intake calls and schedule evaluations Support and participate in the hiring process of new employees Complete reference checks on potential new hires Maintain and manage employee files Office and clerical activities as directed Data entry into computer programs used in office Support activities for marketing as directed Support and assist office staff as needed Staffing and/or on call staffing, on rotating schedule Any other duty requested to maintain the operations of the business including caregiving duties
