Homewatch CareGivers is looking for a high energy and fun team player to join our family. We are looking for someone to train and mold in the Health Care Industry, we want to teach you all the ins and outs of homecare and for the right person, this job will turn full time with opportunities for advancement. Must be passionate, compassionate, and caring. Must be able to think quickly on her (or his) feet and learn to prioritize throughout the day.

Major Responsibilities

The Office Assistant manages client and caregiver files, required documents and is responsible for:

Manage incoming communications (telephone, email, mail, etc )
Take new client intake calls and schedule evaluations
Support and participate in the hiring process of new employees
Complete reference checks on potential new hires
Maintain and manage employee files
Office and clerical activities as directed
Data entry into computer programs used in office
Support activities for marketing as directed
Support and assist office staff as needed
Staffing and/or on call staffing, on rotating schedule
Any other duty requested to maintain the operations of the business including caregiving duties
